Strange new- Summoned?

Reports state of a Warden esque being who was sighted Near Soullexia's Church and the Oblivion Knights Territories, Dark Tendrils similar to the Underdark and the Warden. Seemed to wish to engage in Combat but People on site seemed to reduce it to more complacent state with our local Summons, Astrid and Issac. The Hero and Anti-hero met this Stranger among others. supposedly this being had been sent here, Their own world destroyed, Angry thinking people present were at fault. When they tried to give out more information to Astrid however, about Some- Vale place or other, they Perished. one thing of note was left behind, an odd, large bell. Rung by Issac, said bell gave him the title Harbinger of Sculk. Condition? He would be blinded until entering an Ancient City and Beating a Brute Warden. Granted a Sense of Hearing in exchange, turned near sighted until said condition was met. Good luck to the Leader of the Frozen ruins! They'll need it... Anyone think they can spare him a guide dog? Maybe even a Guide polar bear? What! Patricia it could be funded!
