These are the official rules governing the DivineTalesMC server and all associated social media platforms, including the DivineTales official website. Violations of these rules will result in consequences that are proportionate to the nature of the infraction, as determined by our staff. ↦ The use of inappropriate, offensive, or NSFW usernames is strictly forbidden. This includes having offensive or inappropriate words within your username or using censor tags (e.g., $#@) to imply inappropriate or offensive words in usernames.
↦ If found, you will be warned and required to change your username within 3 days.
↦ The use of inappropriate, offensive, or NSFW profile pictures, as well as the posting of such content in chats or forums, is strictly prohibited. This includes drawings, screenshots of videos, and screenshots of video games. These may be allowed in chats if explicitly warned beforehand and posted in allowed channels, but they are not permitted as profile pictures. Additionally, any image found to be controversial is not allowed, either as a profile picture or in a chat environment.
↦ Impersonating another individual, entity, or organization is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using someone else's name, likeness, or other identifying characteristics without their explicit consent. This also includes explicitly stating, or implying to be said person.
↦ For such acts, a warning will not be given out and your account will be banned/removed immediately without warning.
↦ Posting links, files, or any form of media for malicious purposes is strictly prohibited and considered a serious offense. Malicious purposes include but are not limited to, the intent to forcibly obtain access to sensitive information or cause harm to an individual's property.
↦ Asking for or sharing personal information in public chats and forums is strictly prohibited. Personal information may be exchanged in private chats only if both parties consent to the exchange. Staff members will never request personal information in private chats or forums. If this occurs, please block the individual and report the incident to a trusted staff authority.
↦ Personal information includes but is not limited to, Physical addresses, Phone numbers, Payment Information, Legal Information, Government Documents, etc.
↦ Posting links, videos, or any form of media for advertising purposes is not allowed. The posting of such content is allowed if explicitly stated for advertising purposes and posted in the allowed channels.
↦ If posted content is found to be controversial it will be removed and a warning will be issued.
↦ Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes discrimination against in-game characters, races, and groups of individuals. Discrimination includes but is not limited to race, culture, belief, identity, background, and other characteristics.
↦ Spamming in chats or forums is not allowed. Spamming is defined as posting four or more identical messages in a row. Spamming may be allowed only if explicitly permitted; otherwise, violators will be muted.
↦ Excessive use of swearing is not permitted. While swearing is tolerated within reasonable limits, the use of derogatory language is strictly prohibited. Excessive swearing is defined similarly to spam and will be treated accordingly.
↦ Arguing in chats, voice channels, or forums is not allowed. Debates are excluded from this rule if conducted within reason and as such. Arguing with staff members about any reason is not allowed and will be punished accordingly.
↦ While debates are excluded from this rule, if staff deems the topic of conversation to be inappropriate, political, or controversial in nature, they reserve the right to terminate the discussion. Individuals who do not comply with staff decisions will be subject to appropriate consequences.
↦ We ask that you apply common sense when interpreting the rules and interacting on DivineTalesMC socials. This involves being mindful at all times and taking responsibility for your actions. Additionally, please seek clarification regarding any rules or uncertainties to prevent confusion.
